What is 'Posting' exactly? | Return to contents
The term ‘posting’ refers to actions you can perform on a forum. When you submit a topic or reply to the forum, this is know as posting.
Creating a topic | Return to contents 
Before you create a topic, you must first think about what your topic is going to be about. The reason for this, is because you should consider which section of the forum this topic should be made.
For example, if I were to create a topic about fitness advice, I’d place it under training. To create a topic under training, you’ll need to click the training link on the forum homepage.
You’ll now see a list of the current topics (if any) listed. Click the image thumbnail for more information on understanding this.
To create a topic in this section, click the button ‘New Topic’.

Once you have clicked the ‘New Topic’ button, you’ll now be able to create your own topic.

Viewing a Topic | Return to contents 
When looking at a topic, it is easy to distinguish posts from different users. When a post is made, it shows what member made the post and when he made the post.
Next to the members post is the details of that member. This includes: username, rank , real name is and also when he joined and where the member is located.
Replying to a topic | Return to contents 
Replying to topics is similar to creating a topic. While reading a members topic, just underneath the title of the topic is a button, ‘Post Reply’. Click the button to reply to that topic.
