All,

I have been running on my own now for 3yrs i have done loads of races and now am looking for a running club to join i only do road runs and cross country ,I recently went to sefton harriers for a session and all they did was 8 x 400mtr track spints which killed me what type of training goes on i am serious about joining i would love to find a club for road runners
