We ask that club members get to the sports centre even earlier this Thursday (17th April) as Everton are at home and there is another big football match at the sports centre so the car park will be very busy.

Well Done!! To all our members who took part in the London Marathon.

Can participants post their marathon stories on the forum, after the big day! .. Plus photographs for the gallery!

A chart has been put on the noticeboard at the sports centre showing the progression from coach to coach, so members know which squad they will be moving to when they are good enough and which coach they will have.

We need members to take copies of the Walton Park Five race entry form.

The dates for the summer and Christmas dances; 17th May for the summer dance at the Liverpool Marina, December 13 for the Christmas dance at the Sandon.

Tony still has England Athletics cards uncollected; can members check if their card is here. We are still awaiting the second delivery of cards.
