Christmas Dance- Saturday 1st December at New Century Halls. Awards for Club Champion and squad members of the year (must have been member of Liverpool Running Club for at least a year).

The next cross-country will be held on Sunday 2nd December at Arrowe Park- starts at 11.00am. Hope to see you there.

London marathon reject slips- we have four places (must have been a member for at least a year and renewed membership by 1/11/07).

England Athletics are processing our Affiliation forms- cards should be sent once this is done.

Benidorm half marathon runners returned on Sunday- photos forthcoming.

We finish for Christmas on Tuesday 18th December and return on Thursday 3rd January 2008.
