LRC Member: 18 years
Coach: 7 years
Group: The Intermediate Squad
About me:
Training is based on Stamina and Interval training sessions of between
6 -
8 Miles. To generally strengthen runners before they move on to the
faster squads.
Myself - I have been running for 22 years and have been a member of
Liverpool Running Club for 21 years.
I like the unusual out of the way
races to take part in.
During this period I have completed 5 marathon
races, the Snowdon Marathon
three times, one at Loch Rannock in
Scotland and one in Yorkshire.
I have ran the Infamous "Boots & Saddles" 17 mile Mountain race five
times
I have ran the Rhyarder 20 Mile round the lakes race four times.
I
have lost count of the half marathons that I have ran over the years.
I have managed to compete with myself at the Annual "Penmaenmawr
Fell
Race" for the past 8 years.
I try to run at least 4 times a week
and
maintain a 26 to 30 miles average. Still that's enough about me.
