Stan Cottier – (Beginers) run walk session.

Group 2                 

Charlotte Willshire  – 4 miles 13 minute mile pace 

Group 3

Jacquie Costello & Ruth O’Brien  – 4 miles at 11 to 12 minute mile pace with efforts as well.

Group 4

Jean Maio – 5 miles steady 9:30 to 10:30 min mile pace.

Group 5              

Amena Madden & Tony Holmes – (5-7 miles) 8:30 to 9:30 min mile pace including efforts.

Group 6

Alex Rigby  – (6-8 miles)
7:30 to 8:30 pace including efforts.
